One Health for all

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic brutally brought the intrinsic link between animal, human and environmental health to everyone’s attention. The World Organisation for Animal Health works to break disease transmission cycles by collaborating with partners, experts, and donors and by supporting countries. To reach this goal, we promote a One Health approach which highlights the interdependence of humans, animals, and the environment. In doing so, we are building bridges between sectors to create better global health governance.
