Call for Consultants: Analysis of Dog Population Management Data in the Balkans (2014–2026)

The WOAH Sub-Regional Representation in Brussels is pleased to announce a call for consultants to support the analysis of dog population management (DPM) data gathered through the Regional Roadmap for the Balkans.

The primary objective  of this consultancy is to evaluate and interpret the data collected trought the regional roadmap since 2014 and  assessing the progress of dog population management in the region over the years.

The outcomes of this analysis will assist participating countries in understanding advancements made, recognizing successful practices, and identifying common challenges.

Furthermore, it will guide the formulation  next steps at both national and regional levels.

This consultancy will contribute to a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment of dog population management initiatives across the Balkans, ultimately informing the development of more effective and sustainable policies and programs.
