In line with the strategic objectives of the 7th Strategic Plan for optimizing data governance through digital transformation, WOAH initiated the development of a Platform to serve as a secure centralized system to archive, track, search, and submit all relevant dossiers related to the official recognition and maintenance of animal health status, i.e. the Disease Status Management Platform, aka DSMP. The annual reconfirmation component of the DSMP was launched and used for the first time during last year’s annual reconfirmation campaign of 2023.
At the time, a series of regional webinars was organized to increase awareness of the DSMP, which contributed to success in having a high submission rate through the new DSMP.
WOAH invites Members to this webinar aimed at highlighting the requirements and procedure for annual reconfirmation and maintenance of animal health status/endorsed programme and to share useful updates on the DSMP.
